This Hinkley downrod extends your ceiling fan's mounting distance from the ceiling by 12 inches, making it ideal for rooms with lower ceilings or sloped ceilings. All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
