This Haus Appeal Montecito fan combines a matte black finish with a frosted polymeric lens for a clean, contemporary look. With six blades, six speeds, and smart control via the Smart by Bond app or included remote, it delivers both comfort and convenience. The integrated LED light is dimmable from 100-10% and offers warm 3000K light with high 90CRI color rendering.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
