Description
A 52-inch matte black ceiling fan with an included two-bulb LED light kit, sized for living rooms, family rooms, and bedrooms.
The Hollis collection keeps things clean and versatile: A matte black steel body, five reversible blades, and a frosted polymeric diffuser that softens the light from the included A19 LEDs. Choose pull chain or wall switch control, and count on a reversible AC motor to keep air moving in every season.

- Living rooms and family rooms roughly 12 x 14 ft to 18 x 20 ft, where a 52-inch span moves air without dominating the ceiling
- Primary bedrooms that need overhead light plus a gentle breeze for sleeping

How bright is it?
900 delivered lumens from the included LED kit - roughly the output of a 60W incandescent bulb. That is comfortable ambient light for a bedroom or living room, not task lighting for a kitchen or workspace.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white with a 90 CRI, so colors read accurately and the tone stays soft and golden rather than cool or blue. The frosted polymeric diffuser spreads the light evenly and reduces glare. Dimming depends on the bulbs and wall control you pair with the fan.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
