Description
A 52-inch brushed nickel ceiling fan with an integrated LED light kit, made for living rooms, family rooms, and bedrooms up to about 400 sq ft.
The Hollis pairs a clean, contemporary steel body with reversible MDF blades so you can flip the finish to match your ceiling and decor. The included A19 LED light kit adds warm, dimmable illumination, while the AC motor moves serious air quietly. It is a practical centerpiece for everyday rooms.

How bright is it?
Delivered output is 900 lumens (1600 lumens total from the two A19 LEDs) - roughly as bright as a 60W incandescent bulb. It is good ambient light for a bedroom or living room, but not a substitute for task lighting over a kitchen island.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white with 90 CRI - a soft, golden tone that flatters skin tones and wood finishes, and renders colors accurately. Dimmable when paired with a compatible wall dimmer (dimmer not included).
Sizing and fit
52 in diameter x 12.625 in high with the light kit. Ceiling-to-blade distance is 10.125 in. Includes a 4-1/2 in downrod; contact the factory for other rod lengths. Works on flat or sloped ceilings up to 20 degrees.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
