How bright is it?
The integrated LED produces 1900 lumens (1186 lumens delivered for the matte black finish) - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in medium-sized rooms, but not as a primary task light.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent, flattering to skin tones and warm interiors. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and accurate. Dimmable from 100% to 10% via remote or smart control.

Is the bulb included? The LED is integrated, so no bulb replacement is needed.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, it is dimmable from 100% to 10% using the included remote or the Smart by Bond app. No wall dimmer is required.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is damp-rated, so it can be installed in covered outdoor areas like patios or porches, but not in areas directly exposed to water. It is not suitable for bathrooms with shower exposure.
What's the warranty? Warranty details are not specified by the manufacturer.
Does this fan work with sloped ceilings? The hugger design is intended for flat ceilings; for sloped ceilings, a down rod adapter may be needed, but this is not included.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
