A 52-inch ceiling fan from the Alden Collection, finished in matte black, for living rooms and covered patios up to 400 sq ft.
This ceiling fan combines modern sophistication with handsome design. Its three sleek blades and matte black finish add elegance to any space. The optional light kit (sold separately) and smart fan technology via the Smart by Bond app or included handheld remote offer six speeds, reverse function, and dimming on the light kit.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
