The Orwell pendant brings a vintage, factory-inspired look with exposed mechanical details. Its cone-shaped steel shade has an open top that lets light escape upward for ambient glow, while the aged brass finish adds a warm, antiqued gold tone with a satin sheen and fine circular brushed texture. The exotic purple shade is a deep, saturated matte purple that makes a bold, contemporary statement.

Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. It takes one E26 medium-base bulb up to 100W (not included). With a 100W-equivalent LED you get strong focused light for a kitchen island or dining table; with a lower-wattage bulb it works as softer accent light.

Light color and feel

Light color is set by the bulb, not the fixture. Pair it with a warm white bulb (2700K-3000K) for a soft, inviting glow that flatters the aged brass finish. It is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.
