Is the bulb included? No. It requires three E26 medium base A19 bulbs, max 60W each, sold separately.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, it is dimmable when paired with compatible dimmable bulbs and a standard wall dimmer. The manufacturer does not specify a dimmer brand.
