Frequently asked

Is the bulb included? Yes. It uses an integrated 2W LED module that is included and not replaceable.

Is it dimmable, and how do I control it? Yes. A touch sensor on the base turns the lamp on and off, dims it when held, and switches between 3000K, 3500K, and 4000K color temperatures.

Can I use this outdoors? It is rated for indoor use only, though the rechargeable battery makes it easy to carry to a covered patio.

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
