The Duncan pendant borrows the barn light silhouette and strips it back to essentials: A matte black steel frame, a clear glass dome, and a straight rod suspension. The matte finish is non-reflective, so it disappears into dark cabinetry and trim rather than competing with it.

How bright is it?

Brightness depends on the bulb. One 100W-max E26 socket supports up to roughly 1,500-1,600 lumens with a 100W-equivalent LED - enough to light a small dining table or a kitchen island task zone, but not a whole open-plan room on its own.

Light color and feel

Color temperature comes from your bulb choice. Clear glass keeps the output neutral and unfiltered; a 2700K-3000K bulb gives a warm, inviting glow over a dining table, while 4000K reads crisper over a prep area. The fixture is dimmable, so pair it with a compatible dimmer for evening mood lighting.

Is the bulb included? No. It takes one E26 medium-base A19 bulb, 100W max, sold separately.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, it is dimmable. Use a dimmer rated for the bulb you install.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is damp location rated, so bathrooms, laundry rooms, and covered porches are fine. It is not rated for direct rain or fully exposed outdoor use.

What's the warranty? 1 year limited.

Will it work on a sloped ceiling? Yes - it is sloped-ceiling compatible, and the included rods let you set the drop between 22.25 in and 58.25 in.
