Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, it is dimmable when used with compatible dimmable bulbs and a standard dimmer switch.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is damp location rated, so it works in bathrooms and covered porches with occasional moisture. It is not rated for wet or uncovered outdoor locations.

What's the warranty? 1 Year Limited warranty.

How is this different from a flush mount? A semi-flush mount hangs slightly lower from the ceiling than a flush mount, giving a bit more visual presence while still staying close to the ceiling.

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
