Is the bulb included? No - it requires three E26 medium base bulbs (Type A), max 100W each, sold separately.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, when paired with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. The manufacturer does not specify a particular dimmer model.
