Description
A single-light farmhouse wall sconce for bathrooms, hallways, and laundry rooms, finished in matte black with a clear glass dome shade.
The Duncan takes the classic barn-light silhouette and strips it back to a clean matte black steel body with a clear glass dome. The deep, non-reflective black finish reads vintage-industrial, while the clear glass lets the bulb shape show through - an Edison-style bulb looks especially good here. The head pivots so you can aim light where you need it.

- Bathrooms and powder rooms, mounted beside or above a mirror as task lighting
- Hallways and stairwells where a single directional light is enough

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose - this fixture takes one E26 medium-base bulb up to 100W (bulb not included). With a standard 60W-equivalent LED you get roughly 800 lumens, enough for task lighting at a mirror or a hallway accent.
Light color and feel
Color temperature is set by your bulb choice. A 2700K-3000K bulb gives a warm, vintage feel that suits the matte black farmhouse look; a 4000K bulb reads cooler and more utilitarian. Dimmable when paired with a dimmable bulb and compatible dimmer.
Sizing and fit
6.5 in wide x 8.5 in high x 8.25 in deep, extending 8.25 in from the wall. The 4.88 x 4.88 in round backplate fits a standard junction box. The 8.25 in projection means it needs a little breathing room - best on walls without nearby cabinet doors.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
