Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, it is dimmable. Use a dimmer compatible with the bulb you install.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is damp location rated, so it is suitable for bathrooms and covered, semi-enclosed spaces with occasional moisture. It is not rated for uncovered outdoor use.
