Is the bulb included? No. It requires one E26 medium base bulb (A19 shape), max 60W, sold separately.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, it is dimmable. Use a dimmer rated for the bulb you install.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is damp location rated, so bathrooms and covered porches are fine; it is not rated for uncovered outdoor exposure.
