How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. With a 60W-equivalent E26 bulb you get roughly 800 lumens - enough to light a small dining table or a kitchen island task area, but not a whole room on its own.
Light color and feel
Bulb-dependent. The clear glass shade lets the bulb's color temperature come through unfiltered, so a 2700K-3000K bulb will feel warm and inviting. The fixture is dimmable with compatible dimmer and bulbs.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, it is dimmable with compatible dimmer and dimmable bulbs. The manufacturer does not specify a particular dimmer model.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is damp location rated, so bathrooms and covered porches are fine. It is not rated for uncovered outdoor exposure.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
