Is the bulb included? No. It requires 3 E26 medium base bulbs (A19 / Type A shape), sold separately, max 100W each.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, it is dimmable. Use a dimmer rated for the bulbs you install; the manufacturer does not specify a dimmer brand.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? No. It is rated for dry indoor locations only, so keep it away from moisture and outdoor exposure.
