Is the bulb included? No. It takes ten E26 medium-base A19 bulbs, sold separately, up to 60W each.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, it is dimmable. Use a dimmer switch rated for the bulbs you install.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? No. It is dry location rated and indoor use only - it is not suitable for bathrooms with shower exposure or covered outdoor areas.
