Is the bulb included? No. It requires six E12 candelabra base bulbs (CA-10/Type B shape), max 60W each, sold separately.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, it is dimmable. Use a dimmer rated for the LED or incandescent bulbs you install.
