How bright is it?

Is the bulb included? This fan does not include a light kit or bulbs. An optional LED light kit is available separately.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? This fan does not have a light, so dimming is not applicable. The fan speed is controlled via the included wall control or optional smart controls.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fan is rated for wet locations, so it can be installed in outdoor areas exposed to rain or water spray, such as uncovered patios or pergolas. It is also suitable for bathrooms with shower exposure.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
