How bright is it?
1400 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb, sufficient for ambient lighting in a medium to large room. It is not a primary task light but works well for general illumination.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. Flatters skin tones and warm wood/brass interiors. CRI 90 offers excellent color rendering, suitable for art displays and kitchens. The light is dimmable via the included remote control (if applicable).
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 56 inches in diameter and 14.54 inches from ceiling to bottom (with light kit). It is designed for rooms with at least 8-foot ceilings. The included 4.5-inch downrod may need to be replaced with a longer one for higher ceilings. The canopy is 6.58 inches in diameter.

Returns

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
