How bright is it?
The integrated 18-watt LED module produces 1600 lumens - about as bright as a 100-watt incandescent bulb. This is sufficient to light a large living area or covered patio, though it may need to be supplemented with additional lighting for task-oriented spaces.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight. Sizing and fit
This fan has an 84-inch blade sweep and an overall height of 16.55 inches with the light kit. It comes with an 8-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the recommended 7-9 foot hanging height. Ideal for ceilings of 9 feet or higher, and it can be installed on sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
