How bright is it?

This fan does not include a light kit, so it provides no illumination on its own. It is compatible with an optional integrated 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately) that delivers 1600 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb - for ambient lighting when added.

Light color and feel

If you add the optional light kit, it offers CCT Select technology with three color temperatures: 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, and 5000K daylight. The 90 CRI rating ensures colors appear vivid and accurate, ideal for living spaces and kitchens. The light is dimmable via the remote or app.

Sizing and fit

With a 72-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 72 x 72 x 15.96 inches, this fan suits large rooms. It comes with an 8-inch downrod; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the optimal 7-9 ft hanging height. The canopy fits flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees.

Is the bulb included? This fan does not include a light kit or bulb. An optional 18W LED module is available separately.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fan speed is variable with 16 speeds via remote or app. If you add the optional light kit, it is dimmable and controlled by the remote or app, not a wall dimmer.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, this fan is damp-rated for covered outdoor areas and bathrooms, but it should not be directly exposed to rain or water.

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
