A 72-inch damp-rated smart ceiling fan for covered patios, porches, and large great rooms, finished in dark bronze with black blades.
The Wrap Custom ceiling fan makes a sculptural statement with its smoothly curved and twisted composite blades. The dark bronze motor housing pairs with black blades for a bold, contemporary look. Powered by a quiet, energy-efficient DC motor, it delivers powerful airflow while keeping energy use low. This version does not include a light kit, offering a clean, minimalist profile ideal for spaces where overhead lighting is not needed.

How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so there is no brightness to measure. It is compatible with an optional 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately) that provides 1600 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb - if you decide to add lighting later.
Light color and feel
Not applicable - no light kit included. If you add the optional LED light kit, it offers CCT Select technology with three color temperatures (3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, 5000K daylight) and a high CRI of 90 for accurate color rendering.
Sizing and fit
This 72-inch fan has an overall footprint of 72 x 72 inches and hangs 15.96 inches from the ceiling (without a light kit). It comes with an 8-inch downrod; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the optimal 7-9 ft hanging height. Designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fan speed is variable with 16 speeds controlled by the included remote. If you add the optional LED light kit, it is dimmable via the remote or app.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, this fan is damp-rated, making it suitable for bathrooms, covered patios, porches, and sunrooms. It should not be directly exposed to rain or water.

How do I control the fan? The fan includes a TR305 handheld remote and is compatible with the FanSync app for smart device or voice control.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
