How bright is it?

This fan does not include a light kit, so it provides no illumination on its own. It is compatible with Fanimation's integrated 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately), which delivers 1600 lumens—about as bright as a 100-watt incandescent bulb—if you want to add light later.

Light color and feel

Not applicable—no light included. If you add the optional LED kit, it offers three color temperatures (3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, 5000K daylight) with a high CRI of 90 for accurate color rendering.

Sizing and fit

This fan spans 72 inches (blade sweep) and hangs 15.96 inches from the ceiling to the bottom of the motor housing with the included 8-inch downrod. It fits flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees. For optimal airflow, aim for a 7–9 ft hanging height; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available. The canopy is 6.14 inches in diameter, and the housing is 8.88 inches wide.

Is the bulb included? No bulb is included because this fan does not come with a light kit. It is compatible with Fanimation's integrated 18W LED light kit, sold separately.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fan speed is variable (16 speeds) via the remote or app. If you add the optional LED light kit, it is dimmable and controlled by the remote or app—no wall dimmer needed.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, this fan is damp-rated, so it's safe for covered outdoor areas like patios and porches, as well as bathrooms and laundry rooms. It should not be directly exposed to rain or water.
