How bright is it?

The integrated 18-watt LED module produces 1600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100-watt incandescent bulb. That's plenty for ambient lighting in a large room, but you may want additional task lighting for reading or detailed work.

Is the bulb included? Yes, the integrated 18W LED module is included and cannot be replaced separately.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, the light is dimmable via the included remote or the FanSync app. Use the remote or app to adjust brightness; no wall dimmer is required.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fan is damp-rated, so it's suitable for bathrooms and covered outdoor areas like patios and porches, but not for direct rain exposure.

What's the warranty? Fanimation offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser on the motor.
