How bright is it?

Is the bulb included? Yes, the integrated 18W LED module is included and cannot be replaced.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, the light is dimmable via the included remote or the FanSync app. No additional dimmer is needed.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fan is damp-rated, so it is suitable for covered outdoor areas, bathrooms, and laundry rooms, but it should not be directly exposed to rain or water.

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
