Powered by a quiet, energy-efficient DC motor, it delivers powerful airflow while staying whisper-quiet. This version is light-kit ready, so you can add an optional LED module later if you choose.

How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on the optional 18W LED module you can add. That module delivers 1600 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb - and is dimmable.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional light kit, you can choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight, with a high CRI of 90 for accurate color rendering. The opal frosted shade diffuses light softly.
Sizing and fit
With a 64-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 60 x 60 x 15.96 inches, this fan suits rooms of 12 x 12 ft or larger. It comes with an 8-inch downrod and fits ceilings up to 27° slope. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
