How bright is it?
This is a ceiling fan motor only; no light kit is included. If you add the optional LED light kit, brightness will depend on the kit you choose.
Light color and feel
No light source is included, so light color and feel are not applicable. When paired with the optional LED light kit, you can select a color temperature that suits your space.
Sizing and fit
The fan has a 64-inch blade span (when blades are attached) and a height of 15.96 inches from ceiling to blade edge. It includes an 8-inch downrod and 80 inches of electrical wire. Suitable for rooms at least 12x12 feet, with ceilings at least 8 feet high.

Is the bulb included? No bulb is included, as this is a motor-only unit. An optional LED light kit is sold separately.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? This fan is not dimmable. Speed is controlled via the included remote or wall control (sold separately).
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, it is damp rated, making it suitable for covered outdoor areas and bathrooms with adequate ventilation.
What's the warranty? Fanimation offers a limited lifetime warranty on this fan.
Can I use this on a sloped ceiling? Yes, with the appropriate sloped ceiling adapter (sold separately).

Most of our items will ship within 24-48 hours within the receipt of the order.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
