How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on your existing room lighting. It is compatible with an optional integrated 18W LED light kit (sold separately) if you want to add light later.

Not applicable - no light kit included. If you add the optional light kit, you can choose from 3000K, 4000K, or 5000K color temperatures.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 60 inches in blade sweep and hangs 12.46 inches from the ceiling with the included 4.5-inch downrod. It fits flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
