How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so it provides no illumination. It is compatible with an optional 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately) that delivers 1600 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb - for versatile accent or ambient lighting.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional light kit, you can choose from three color temperatures: 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and accurate, making it suitable for kitchens or art displays. The light is dimmable via the remote or app.
Sizing and fit
This fan has a 60-inch blade sweep and measures 60 inches wide by 60 inches deep by 12.46 inches high from the ceiling. It comes with a 4.5-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the optimal 7-9 ft hanging height. Designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings up to 27°.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
