How bright is it?
The integrated 18-watt LED module produces 1,600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100-watt incandescent bulb - making it suitable as a primary light source for medium-sized rooms.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight. The 90 CRI ensures colors appear accurate and vibrant. The light is dimmable via the remote or app.
Sizing and fit
With a 60-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 60 x 60 x 13.05 inches, this fan suits large rooms. The included 4.5-inch downrod places the fan 13.05 inches from the ceiling; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings. It fits flat or slightly sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
