Fanimation Wrap Custom 56in 3-Blade Smart Ceiling Fan | Brushed Satin Brass and Matte White Composite Blades | Covered Patio | Model FPD8530BS-56MW

A 56-inch damp-rated smart ceiling fan for covered patios, porches, and large bedrooms, finished in brushed satin brass with matte white composite blades.

The Wrap Custom from Fanimation makes a striking visual statement with its smoothly curved and twisted blades, a sculptural look that stands out even when the fan is off. The brushed satin brass motor housing pairs with three matte white composite blades for a clean, airy, contemporary profile. Powered by a quiet, energy-efficient DC motor, it delivers powerful airflow while keeping energy use low. This version does not include a light kit, offering a clean, minimalist profile ideal for areas where overhead lighting is not needed.

Best for

• Covered patios and porches, where the damp-rated motor and moisture-resistant blades handle humidity without direct rain exposure
• Large primary bedrooms and living rooms up to 20x20 ft, providing strong airflow at 6,814 CFM on high
• Sunrooms and three-season rooms that need year-round comfort with a reversible motor
• Smart-home setups, controlled via the FanSync app, voice assistants, or the included TR305 handheld remote
• Sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees, using the included 4.5-inch downrod or optional longer downrods

Not ideal for

• Areas directly exposed to rain or water spray - this fan is damp-rated, not wet-rated
• Rooms where you need an integrated light fixture, since this model has no light kit (a separate light kit is available)
• Small spaces under 8x8 ft, where the 56-inch blade sweep may feel oversized

How bright is it?

This fan does not include a light kit, so there is no built-in brightness. It is compatible with an optional integrated 18-watt dimmable LED light kit (sold separately) that provides 1,600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb - with selectable color temperatures.

Light color and feel

When paired with the optional LED light kit, you can choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight. With a CRI of 90, colors render accurately, making it suitable for art or task areas. The light is dimmable via the remote or app.

Sizing and fit

With a 56-inch blade sweep and an overall height of 12.46 inches (from ceiling to bottom without a light kit), this fan suits rooms at least 12x12 ft. The included 4.5-inch downrod works for standard 8-9 ft ceilings; optional downrods up to 72 inches allow for higher or sloped ceilings. The canopy is 6.14 inches in diameter, and the lead wire is 80 inches long.
