How bright is it?
The integrated LED light kit provides 1600 lumens, roughly equivalent to a 100-watt incandescent bulb, making it suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms. It is dimmable for adjustable brightness.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 3000K warm white (soft, golden tone), 4000K bright white (neutral, crisp), or 5000K daylight (cool, energizing). The high CRI of 90 ensures accurate color rendering, ideal for living spaces and kitchens.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 56 inches in blade sweep and 13.05 inches from ceiling to bottom (with light kit). It includes a 4.5-inch downrod, with optional downrods up to 72 inches available for higher ceilings. The canopy is 6.14 inches in diameter, and the housing is 8.88 inches.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
