How bright is it?
The integrated 18-watt LED light kit provides 1600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb, bright enough for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight. The 90 CRI ensures colors appear natural and accurate. The light is dimmable via the remote or app.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 56 inches wide by 56 inches deep by 13.05 inches high. The fan comes with a 4.5-inch downrod and fits flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the optimal 7-9 ft hanging height.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
