How bright is it?

Is the bulb included? Yes, the integrated 18W LED module is included and cannot be replaced by the user.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The light is dimmable and controlled via the included TR305 remote or the fanSync app. No wall dimmer is required.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, this fan is damp-rated, making it suitable for bathrooms, covered patios, porches, sunrooms, and laundry rooms. It should not be directly exposed to rain or water.

What's the warranty? Fanimation offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser, covering the motor for long-term performance.

How does the smart control work? The fan is Wi-Fi enabled and works with the fanSync app, allowing control via smart device or voice assistant. It also includes a handheld remote for manual operation.

Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
