How bright is it?

This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on the light kit you add. It's compatible with Fanimation's integrated 18-watt dimmable LED light kit (sold separately), which delivers 1600 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb - with selectable color temperatures.

Light color and feel

If you add the optional light kit, you can choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight. With a CRI of 90, colors render accurately, making it a good choice for kitchens or art-filled rooms. The light is dimmable via the remote or app.

Sizing and fit

With a 52-inch blade sweep and a 12.46-inch drop from ceiling to bottom (no light kit), this fan suits rooms at least 12 x 12 ft. It comes with a 4.5-inch downrod; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the ideal 7-9 ft hanging height. The canopy is 6.14 inches in diameter.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, it is damp-rated for covered outdoor areas, bathrooms, and laundry rooms. It should not be directly exposed to rain or water.

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
