Sizing and fit
The fan measures 52 inches in blade sweep and hangs 12.46 inches from the ceiling to the bottom without a light kit. It includes a 4.5-inch downrod and is designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the optimal 7-9 foot hanging height. The canopy is 6.14 inches in diameter, and the housing is 8.88 inches. It weighs 16.27 pounds.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
