How bright is it?

This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness is not applicable. However, it is compatible with an integrated 18-watt dimmable LED light kit (sold separately) that provides up to 1600 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb - for versatile lighting.

Light color and feel

If you add the optional light kit, you can choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight, allowing you to set the perfect ambiance. The light kit has a CRI of 90, rendering colors accurately, and is dimmable for full control.

Sizing and fit

With a 52-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 52 inches long, 52 inches wide, and 12.46 inches high, this fan is ideal for rooms 12x12 feet or larger. It comes with a 4.5-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the optimal 7-9 foot hanging height for maximum airflow.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, this fan is damp-rated, making it suitable for bathrooms, covered patios, porches, sunrooms, and laundry rooms. It should not be directly exposed to rain or water.

What's the warranty? Fanimation offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser, covering the motor for long-term performance.

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
