How bright is it?

This fan does not include a light kit, so there is no brightness to measure. It is designed for spaces where overhead lighting is already present or where a minimalist look is preferred.

Not applicable - this fan has no light. If you add the optional 18-watt LED light kit, it offers CCT Select technology with 3000K, 4000K, or 5000K color temperatures, and a high CRI of 90 for accurate color rendering.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fan speed is controlled via the included TR305 remote or the fanSync app. The optional light kit is dimmable and controlled through the same remote or app.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, this fan is damp-rated, making it suitable for covered outdoor areas, bathrooms, and laundry rooms. It should not be directly exposed to rain or water.
