How bright is it?
The integrated 18-watt LED module produces 1600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100-watt incandescent bulb. This is bright enough to serve as the primary light in a bedroom or covered patio, though you may want additional task lighting for detailed work.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight. The 90 CRI rating means colors appear vivid and accurate. The light is dimmable, and the opal frosted shade diffuses it softly to reduce glare.
Sizing and fit
This 52-inch fan fits rooms from 12x12 ft to 18x20 ft. It hangs 13.05 inches from the ceiling with the included 4.5-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings. The fan is designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
