How bright is it?

This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness is not applicable. It is compatible with an optional 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately) that provides 1600 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb - if you decide to add one later.

Light color and feel

Not applicable - no light included. If you add the optional light kit, it offers three color temperatures (3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, 5000K daylight) with a high CRI of 90 for accurate color rendering.

Sizing and fit

The fan measures 48 inches in diameter and hangs 12.46 inches from the ceiling (without a light kit). It comes with a 4.5-inch downrod; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the recommended 7-9 ft hanging height. Designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees.

Is the bulb included? No bulb is included because this fan does not come with a light kit. It is compatible with an optional 18W LED light kit (sold separately).

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fan speed is variable with 16 speeds, controlled via the included remote or app. The optional light kit is dimmable and controlled through the same remote or app.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, this fan is damp-rated, making it suitable for bathrooms, covered patios, and other humid indoor or covered outdoor spaces. It should not be directly exposed to rain or water.

What's the warranty? Fanimation offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser.

How do I control the fan? The fan includes a TR305 handheld remote and is compatible with the fanSync app for smart device or voice control via Wi-Fi.
