A 44-inch smart ceiling fan from Fanimation's Wrap Custom collection, finished in brushed nickel with Natural composite blades, designed for covered outdoor and indoor spaces.
The Wrap Custom's smoothly curved and twisted blades create a striking visual statement while the high-efficiency DC motor delivers powerful, quiet airflow. This version does not include a light kit, offering a clean, minimalist profile ideal for areas where overhead lighting is not needed. How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so it provides no illumination. It is compatible with an optional integrated 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately) that delivers 1,600 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb - with selectable color temperatures.
Light color and feel
If paired with the optional LED light kit, you can choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight. The 90 CRI rating ensures accurate color rendering, ideal for living spaces and kitchens.
Sizing and fit
With a 44-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 44 x 44 x 12.46 inches, this fan suits medium to large rooms. The included 4.5-inch downrod places the fan 12.46 inches from the ceiling; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings.

Is the bulb included? This fan does not include a light kit or bulb. An optional LED light kit is sold separately.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fan's light kit (if added) is dimmable, controlled via the included remote or fanSync app. The fan motor itself is not dimmable.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, it is damp-rated for covered outdoor spaces and bathrooms, but should not be directly exposed to rain or water.
What's the warranty? Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser, covering the motor.
Does this fan work with voice assistants? Yes, via the fanSync app and compatible smart home devices.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
