How bright is it?

This fan does not include a light kit, so no brightness is provided. It is compatible with an optional integrated 18-watt dimmable LED light kit (sold separately) that offers 1600 lumens.

Not applicable - no light kit included. If you add the optional LED light kit, it offers CCT Select technology with 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight) options, and a CRI of 90 for accurate color rendering.

Is the bulb included? No light kit is included with this fan. It is compatible with an optional integrated 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately).

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fan itself is not dimmable; speed is controlled via the included TR305 remote or the fanSync app. If you add the optional LED light kit, it is dimmable and controlled via the same remote or app.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fan is damp-rated, making it suitable for bathrooms, covered patios, porches, sunrooms, and laundry rooms. It should not be directly exposed to rain or water.

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
