How bright is it?
The integrated LED light kit produces 1600 lumens, roughly equivalent to a 100-watt incandescent bulb. It's bright enough to serve as a primary light source for a small to medium room or outdoor seating area.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear natural and vibrant, making it ideal for entertaining or relaxing.
Sizing and fit
With a 44-inch blade sweep and a height of 12.42 inches (without light kit; 18.12 inches with light kit), this fan is best for rooms up to 12x12 ft. It mounts on flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees, and the included 4.5-inch downrod can be swapped for longer options (up to 72 inches) to achieve the ideal 7-9 ft hanging height.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
