The TriAire Custom from Fanimation combines a sleek, aerodynamic three-blade design with a high-output 40-watt LED light kit. The brushed satin brass finish and black composite blades create a bold, contemporary statement. With Wi-Fi fanSync, you can control the fan and light with your voice or smartphone, and the included handheld remote offers full control.

How bright is it?
The integrated 40-watt LED module delivers 3,600 lumens - comparable to a 250W incandescent bulb - enough to brightly illuminate a large living area or covered patio. It's dimmable, so you can adjust from a soft glow to full brightness.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, or 5000K color temperatures. The 90 CRI ensures colors appear vivid and accurate, ideal for entertaining or reading. The opal frosted shade diffuses light evenly, reducing glare.

This 84-inch fan has an overall height of 19.69 inches with the 12-inch light kit and includes an 8-inch downrod. It's designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27°, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the optimal 7-9 ft hanging height. The canopy is 5.75 inches in diameter.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
