The TriAire Custom from Fanimation delivers exceptional air movement with its three aerodynamic composite blades and high-performance DC motor. The brushed satin brass finish and black blades create a striking, contemporary look. With Wi-Fi fanSync, you can control the fan with your voice or smartphone, and the included handheld remote offers convenient operation.

How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on your existing room lighting. It is compatible with an optional integrated LED light kit (sold separately) if you want to add one later.

This 84-inch fan has an overall height of 16.42 inches without a light kit and includes an 8-inch downrod. It's designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27°, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the optimal 7-9 ft hanging height. The canopy is 5.75 inches in diameter.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
