The TriAire Custom ceiling fan combines a clean, modern aesthetic with powerful performance. Its three aerodynamic composite blades in weathered wood add a natural, organic touch, while the matte white housing keeps the look fresh and contemporary. The quiet, energy-efficient DC motor delivers airflow up to 10,387 CFM, and Fanimation's fanSync Wi-Fi technology lets you control the fan with your voice or smartphone. The included TR305 remote provides convenient handheld control.

This fan has an 84-inch blade sweep, making it best for rooms at least 18x18 ft. The overall dimensions are 84 inches wide by 84 inches deep by 16.42 inches high. It comes with an 8-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the recommended 7–9 ft hanging height. The canopy is 5.75 inches in diameter, and the housing is 7.09 inches. It fits ceilings with up to a 27° slope.

Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
