How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on your existing room lighting. It is compatible with an optional integrated LED light kit (sold separately) if you decide to add one later.
Light color and feel
No light included. If you add the optional light kit, it features CCT Select technology with color temperatures from 2700K to 5000K and a high CRI of 90 for accurate color rendering.
Sizing and fit
This fan has an 84-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 84 x 84 x 16.42 inches. It comes with an 8-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the recommended 7-9 ft hanging height. Designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
