How bright is it?
The integrated LED module delivers 3600 lumens—about as bright as a 250W incandescent bulb. It's ideal for ambient lighting in a large room or as a primary light source in a great room.
Light color and feel
Choose from 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, or 5000K via CCT Select. With a CRI of 90, colors render accurately, making it suitable for living spaces where you want true-to-life tones. The light is dimmable, and the included remote or app lets you adjust brightness smoothly.
Sizing and fit
This fan spans 84 inches with a height of 19.69 inches from ceiling to bottom (including light kit). It comes with an 8-inch downrod; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for ceilings up to 9-10 feet. The canopy is 5.75 inches in diameter, and the housing is 7.09 inches. It fits flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
